I’m 28 years old, born in 1996 in beautiful Brazil. At 19, I left home to explore the world, moving first to Dublin and later settling in London about a year and a half later. While my professional career is in marketing, my personal passion lies in health, fitness, and holistic well-being.
I started working out at 17, and fitness quickly became a central part of my life. When I moved to London, I completed a Personal Trainer Certification—not because I wanted to work as a trainer but because I wanted to deepen my knowledge of the human body and how to take care of it.
Now, I’m all about holistic health, focusing on nurturing my body, mind, and spirit. Whether it’s eating nutritious food, maintaining a consistent workout routine, or exploring ways to stay grounded mentally and spiritually, I’m committed to living a balanced and vibrant life.
Recently, I’ve fallen in love with Reformer Pilates—this “era” of mine is all about building strength and flexibility in a mindful and fun way. I believe wellness is about more than just looking good; it’s about feeling good and creating habits that help you thrive.
